Return Policy

Please inspect all purchases immediately. In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order all claims must be made within 2 days from the invoice date. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 2 days to return the unworn, undamaged items.

All orders must be canceled within 24 hours. All canceled orders are subject to a $50.00 restock fee. NO shipped orders can be canceled.

Unfortunately due to hygiene standards we do not offer refunds on any hair that is purchased. We can only offer an exchange. Items must be in the original packaging and show no signs of being cut, colored, washed, or worn

Once your product has been received it will be thoroughly examined. If the product has been returned unused, and in its original and resalable condition an exchange for another hair product will be granted.

We suggest sending products through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD & THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
